Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

As each piece is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
